The formula of a can, without the can
Thirty seconds, nothing to prepare
A figure, not a blend
Your session caffeine, in a jar.
Zénith
Two capsules before the session. 180 mg of caffeine, written on the jar. Nothing to prepare.
- The formula of a can, without the can: caffeine 180 mg, taurine 400 mg.
- Zero sugar, zero sweeteners, zero powder.
- Two capsules, thirty seconds, nothing to rinse.
- 560 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
What’s in a dose
Vitamin C 560 mg (700% of the reference intake) · Taurine 400 mg · Caffeine 180 mg · Guarana seed extract, which also contains a little caffeine: we are having the total content checked by the laboratory before the first sale.
The full ingredient list is five lines long: L-ascorbic acid, taurine, caffeine, guarana seed extract, capsule shell (pullulan). No other ingredient is declared, and there is no proprietary blend: every milligram is written next to its name.
When to take it
Two capsules with a large glass of water, before the session. EFSA puts peak caffeine levels in the blood at between 30 and 120 minutes after intake.
The half-life ranges from 2 to 8 hours: an evening session can cost you the following night. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
The jar, and how long it lasts
60 capsules, that's 30 doses, or thirty mornings. Plant-based capsule (pullulan), gelatine-free.
French brand, based in Vannes. The contract manufacturer and its certificate will be named here from the first production run. The batch number and best-before date are printed under the jar: they are what let you request the analysis of the batch you have in your hands.
Who should not take it
High caffeine content: 180 mg per dose. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor for teenagers or people sensitive to caffeine.
If you are taking any treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Delivery, subscription, refund

How long before the session?
EFSA puts peak caffeine levels in the blood at between 30 and 120 minutes after intake. Many people take it an hour before.
What if I train in the evening?
The half-life of caffeine ranges from 2 to 8 hours. A late-day intake can cost you the following night: bear it in mind.
And with my morning coffee?
It all adds up: coffee, can, capsule. Keep EFSA's benchmark of 400 mg a day in mind.
Capsule or powdered pre-workout?
The same caffeine. The capsule has no taste and needs no preparation, and its dose is fixed: 180 mg for two capsules.
Can I find it at Decathlon?
Zénith can only be ordered here, and arrives at your door by post.
How many capsules before a session?
Two, that's 180 mg. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
What does it cost?
