Your race caffeine, in a jar.
Zénith
Two capsules in a vest pocket. 180 mg of caffeine, written on the jar. No taste, no sugar.
- 180 mg of caffeine, written on the jar: the figure before the start.
- Zero sugar, zero taste, nothing sticky.
- Caffeine is not on the WADA Prohibited List.
- 560 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
What’s in a dose
Vitamin C 560 mg (700% of the reference intake) · Taurine 400 mg · Caffeine 180 mg · Guarana seed extract, which also contains a little caffeine: we are having the total content checked by the laboratory before the first sale.
The full ingredient list is five lines long: L-ascorbic acid, taurine, caffeine, guarana seed extract, capsule shell (pullulan). No other ingredient is declared, and there is no proprietary blend: every milligram is written next to its name.
When to take it
Two capsules with water, whenever you choose. EFSA puts peak caffeine levels in the blood at between 30 and 120 minutes after intake.
The half-life ranges from 2 to 8 hours: what you take in the evening is still there after the finish. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
The jar, and how long it lasts
60 capsules, that's 30 doses, or thirty mornings. Plant-based capsule (pullulan), gelatine-free.
French brand, based in Vannes. The contract manufacturer and its certificate will be named here from the first production run. The batch number and best-before date are printed under the jar: they are what let you request the analysis of the batch you have in your hands.
Who should not take it
High caffeine content: 180 mg per dose. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor for teenagers or people sensitive to caffeine.
If you are taking any treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Before you decide
The questions people really ask us.
When should I take it?
EFSA puts the peak in the blood at between 30 and 120 minutes after intake. It's up to you to choose the moment in the race.
And on a night trail?
The half-life ranges from 2 to 8 hours: what you take in the evening is still there after the finish. Bear it in mind for recovery.
I already take caffeinated gels
Add it all up: gels, cola, coffee, capsules. Keep EFSA's benchmark of 400 mg a day in mind.
Capsule or caffeinated gel?
The same caffeine. The capsule has no taste and its dose is written down: 180 mg for two capsules.
Is caffeine banned in competition?
No. It is not on the WADA Prohibited List; it is included in WADA's monitoring programme.
For road running too?
Yes: the calculation is the same, whatever the distance.
What does it cost?
€29.90 for thirty doses, that's €1.00 a dose. €0.70 a dose with the 180 size, in a single delivery.
What’s the maximum amount of caffeine per day?
EFSA sets the benchmark at 200 mg for a single intake and 400 mg a day for a healthy adult. One dose of Zénith: 180 mg.
Who should not take it?
High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women, nor for teenagers or people sensitive to caffeine.
Is it a medicine?
No. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Thirty mornings
Thirty days. Or we refund you.
One email is enough, even with the jar empty.
